The injury was much more complicated than I had imagined, and the way you describe how it happened was surprising... I think you got off lightly.

Sometimes our expectations are far from reality... We plan and hope that everything will turn out a certain way, and then the unexpected happens. Fortunately, it was only muscular, and nothing more than that.
