What is one healthy habit you practice regularly?
A health habit I normally practice regularly is exercise, especially walking from one place to another. Doing this regularly helps me gain more strength in order to perform activities. I prefer walking because it’s a kind of exercise that burns excess cholesterol in my body. Walking is necessary for both young and old to reduce the stress we encounter in the workplace.
Another thing I do to improve my healthy lifestyle is drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and aid food digestion in our bodies.
When and why did you start this habit?
I started this health habit in the morning and sometimes in the evening to keep my body warm and gain more energy that I have lost. I usually begin this exercise at 8:00 AM, especially when the sun is not too strong. Sometimes, I walk for at least 30 to 40 minutes to gain strength throughout the day.
In the evening, I may walk around my community to improve my healthy lifestyle, as it will also give me an opportunity to know what's going on in the community.
How has it improved your physical, mental, or emotional health?
Yes, of course, it improves my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This regular exercise reduces mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, and other similar mental illnesses. It also improves our concentration and alertness to certain things that will be beneficial to us.
Walking from one place to another improves my cardiovascular health in order to promote my overall physical well-being. Anytime I engage in this kind of exercise, I will develop some positive changes that will help me have a better outlook on life.
What challenges did you face while trying to keep up with it?
The challenge I face during these activities is that I engage in too much of this exercise to the extent that both of my legs will be in pain. Waking up sometimes, I may feel too lazy to perform this regular habit. Sometimes, I do not normally eat good quality food, particularly in the morning, where I may eat white rice every morning. I need a good balanced diet to maintain my healthy lifestyle so that it can boost my immune system to fight against harmful bacteria.
Another challenge I face is that in my area, there are not enough gym facilities, and the ones that we have do not have enough equipment to promote our physical and mental health.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to start this habit too?
It's good to start this habit so that we can live long in this life. We need to perform this regularly; unexpected sickness will not happen to us. We should continue doing this so that our skin can glow and look like that of young people. There are different healthy lifestyle activities we can perform, such as swimming, walking, and dancing. We must engage in these activities for at least 30 minutes so that our whole body can improve positively.
Eating fruits and vegetables helps us to stay active so that we can meet the requirements that our body needs. If a person adopts this healthy lifestyle, it gives them the strength to perform physical activities.

I think you've got the second question all wrong. The question reads "when and why did you start this habit" and not when do you carry out this habit. We were expecting to see I started this habit since ..... Or I started this habit few months or weeks back. And not in the morning or evening.
