Lately, the Nasarawa state government has put funds into the construction of a road, starting from a rural area called Gimare in Lafia down to the federal road in front of the Federal University Of Lafia (FULAFIA), this project has stayed for over three months now since the date they started, ngl I have seen improvement in the construction, on this day which I went they men were at work that road was bushes before the construction started.

On this day, I will be showing you all the work they were doing that day, but the only issue is that I don't know the specific name of the vehicle they were using as the site, anyway, I have their pictures it will be easier for you to know which one I'm talking about, the work at the construction site that day was, as explained below.
The Excavator: used for digging will use its large shovel to pack soil into the dump truck, also known as the tipper truck.
Dump truck(tipper truck): Will then drive with the soil to the route, offload it there, and continuously bring soil to that location.

- Grader: as the the tipper truck is offloading the soils, the grader which has a long and adjustable blade, is used to create a flat surface. The grader prepares the road site for asphalt.

- Compactor: The part where the grade has flattened; this vehicle is known as a "Compactor." It uses compacting materials such as soil, sand, or gravel. Compactors are produced with cylindrical or plate-shaped structures. These structures compress or flatten materials by exerting pressure on them. This model is also equipped with vibratory mechanisms for more effective compaction.

I believe in a few months, the construction will be done if only they don't dump the project; roads are vital to economic development, growth, connectivity, etc...
In the area where they are doing the road construction, students are living, and the people of that community, the road will give everyone access to services; roads provide access to essential services like education, healthcare, and emergency services. Roads are beneficial to everyone, also help in developing the society and lastly help less the transportation fares, especially to school.
The government is making a name for itself because the people of Gimare want to elect the governor if he'd run for governorship after his reign is over.
