How to make Pancakes
Greetings dear steemians today i will love to write on the topic "How to prepare pancake". There are actually two ways of preparing pancakes and there are ;
- Baking
- Frying
Pancake is a nutrition food or snacks that is good in the body, so let me go ahead to list out the ingredients and also it's function in the body.
Ingredients used in the preparation of pancakes are:
- Flour
- Eggs
- Milk flavor
- Milk
- Sugar
- Butter
- Oil
- Onion
- Pepper
- Salt
- Water
How to prepare:
✓ sieve your flour and put in side big basin, to avoid particles in the flour.
✓ put, Sugar, Salt, Butter, Milk, Milk flavor, Onion, and also put your pounded pepper inside the sieve flour.
✓ Then put water and mix throughly before you put your egg, then keep aside.
✓ Put on your gas and keep your pot, when the pot is dry you put little quantity of oil and then use your measuring spoon, and scoop the mixed flour and put inside the frying pan.
✓ turn upsidedown slowly, don't allow it to burn, so that it would be sweet. Do it like that till you are through.
Flour here is a source of carbohydrates. It's provides energy in our body making us strong and healthy. It contains small amount of vitamins and minerals salts making it reduce blood pressure in the body.
Eggs has numerous benefits and functions in our body. Eggs provides us with all the essentials amino acids in the body for growth and repairing of tissues in our body.
Butter includes vitamins , and they are vitamin a, d, e, and k2 which support the immune system in the body, butter also servers as oil in the body, therefore it is part of fat's and oil.
Onion lowers high blood pressure, support digestive system, reduce chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetics, kidney stones and so many others.
So to conclude this some people prefer baking their pancakes, but i love the frying aspect of it. And to add to this you can use tea, soft drinks, custard, and pap to drink it.
