Combating Against Ungodly Leaders

Time may not permit to go onto details to know the station of things their, but i believe that we all are good, and doing well, since there is life, there is hope so i really appreciate God for that

So at this juncture, here come another gospel edifying message which I captioned combating against ungodly leaders, so in this message today i will elaborate this topic well as God may help, and how we can combat and erase them in this present age...

Introduction:

Ungodly leaders can be understood as those who lack the fear of God due to their sinful nature. They not only disobey God but also become estranged from Him, fostering various forms of evil in society as their consciences become dulled.

According to the scripture in ² kings 11:1, Queen Athalia, the daughter of Ahab and Jezebel, ruled Judah for six years after seizing power following the death of her son, Ahaziah, at Jehu's hand. To eliminate any rival claims to the throne, she ordered the murder of all her grandchildren, the sons of Ahaziah.

Athalia's willingness to execute her own family reflects the murderous nature of her mother, Jezebel. Similarly, Nigeria's political landscape today is marred by violence, electoral fraud, kidnapping, thuggery, and the assassination of innocents, among numerous other evils.

Well, am not trying to bring violence, but the truth only!!

However, the intervention of Jehoida the priest and his wife, Josheba, not only saved the life of Joash but also safeguarded the messianic and Davidic covenant, fulfilling God's plan. We need more individuals who will act as instruments of God’s will in our present time. May God guide us in our works, in Jesus' name, Amen.

In an era marked by moral decline, where evil and selfishness appear to be rampant, Christians should set an example by obeying God, respecting their leaders, praying for them, providing necessary rebuke, and striving to combat evil with goodness.

So i strongly believe that when we also apply wisdom and remember our leaders in prayer things can change to positivity, thats the message i have for us today, thanks
