Greetings to you guys from this side.

It's an amazing Thursday and as usual, I got myself so busy. So we basically installed a new blower for the Sewage treatment plant. The blower plays a significant role in the Sewage treatment plant. The Marine pollution Law (MARPOL) prohibits faeces to be directly overboarded to the Sea and as such Sewage treatment plant got introduced in the Ship.

The Main duty of the blower is to Push in Air into the System to keep alive the bacteria as the air is introduced. The bacteria stays alive to eat up the faeces and Completely Crushe them before it can then moved to the next Compartment and then overboarded.

THE PROCESS

Okay, prior to this moment, the base was had rusted and Some parts Corroded, What we did was to chip, clean, prime and then painted the base to make it look beautiful.
After we commenced on the installation of the blower. As you know it requires electric power to function so what ever task you Want to carry any electrical appliance must be first Isolated or starved of Electric power to avoid electricution. So before we even uninstalled the defective blower, we had to isolate power.

INSTALLING THE NEW BLOWER

After a careful Inspection and Analysis of the job, we installed the blower; connected the line and secured the blower with bolts fastened to the base. Connected the blower to the electrical panel and we tested to be sure that all the connections made were okay. We achieved our aim and we successfully completed our task.
0I will like to aclknowledge Engr. David and Engr. Akajas who supported me all through the process to succeed on this task. They are my back bone any time any day.

It's an interesting video, and the subtitles help. You'll have to get used to recording in horizontal format for videos longer than a minute. The first part where you're speaking is a bit slow, but understandable. The part where they make the repair could have been edited at a faster speed to make it more lively.
