Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 110: Family Moments

The best thing about my family is our pure love. We live as join family. We have great love for each other. My father is strong man but very soft inside. My mother is very kind, like an angel on earth. She has also good brain. When I sick, she became restless till I feel better. Me and my two brothers also share everything with one another. They also protect me every time. My sister is like my best friend. I share every small thing. We share food, secrets and laugh nonstop. Sometimes small fights happen but never last long. My family never leaves me alone. I love my family endless.

I remember one funny day when we went to river chanab. We took food, tea and cricket bat with us. My father was trying to light the stove but suddenly wind came. All tea leaves flew away. Everyone start laughing. My little sister shouted, Now air will drink our tea. My mother tried to stay serious but she laughed too. After that we played cricket and I hit the ball so high it landed in a cow’s water bucket. My brother ran to get it. Cow hit with his horn and we all laughed until our eyes get tears. We clicked many crazy pictures with muddy faces and wet clothes. That day was simple but full of fun.

My family always teach me to be patient and kind. But I honestly I have no patience. I get angry very fast and shouted. I am trying to overcome this anger. My father tells me, Never give up, everything takes time. Father work daily. He never make any complain. My mother is like angel. She is most gentle person I know. If someone hurts her, she forgives easily. I still do not understand how she managed. My brothers and sisters teach me sharing and caring. They are very careful about me specially my younger brother Faisal Raza. He make me realize that family is biggest power. From family I learn that love is not only saying words. Love is about doing good things for one another.

I want to live with my family for whole life. There is no more than my family in my life. Everyone is too busy now. My father goes to his shop. My mother works whole day at home. We remain mostly on mobile. I miss those old nights when we used to sit together after dinner. I wish we go for picnic again, play cricket and eat food together. I want to help my mother in kitchen and learn her recipes. I also wish to play cricket again with my father. I just want peaceful moments again.
