WHY YOU SHOULD SAY LESS
Sometimes, the smartest thing you can do in life is to shut up. Not because you don’t have sense, but because the more you talk, the more your words start running laps without you.
Think about it how many times have you said something, and then five minutes later you’re lying awake like, “Why did I even open my mouth?” Now the whole group chat has screenshots, your crush thinks you’re weird, and your enemies have new ammunition.
Saying less is powerful. People assume you’re mysterious, deep, maybe even wise. Meanwhile, you’re just quiet because you don’t want to expose the fact that your brain is still buffering.
Also, silence saves you. You can’t be misquoted if you never said it. You can’t be dragged if there’s nothing to drag. And you definitely can’t be “that person” who overshared at 2am, only for it to resurface at your wedding toast.
So say less. Not because you’re shy, but because your peace of mind is more important than proving a point. Sometimes, silence isn’t empty it’s just smarter.
Remember: words are like toothpaste. Easy to squeeze out, impossible to put back. 🪥

Endeavor to engage with other users and leave meaningful comments on their posts at least 50 words. In that way you add value to the ecosystem and also build good relationships. Also upvote others users to ensure that your voting CSI is >5. You can also powerup some of your steem in that way you will build your steem power and influence faster as you steem on.
Sometimes silence speaks louder than words. Saying less gives our thoughts more value and allows others to truly listen. It also prevents unnecessary conflicts and teaches us self-control. Wisdom is not in speaking much, but in speaking meaningfully. Fewer words often carry the deepest impact.
I have learnt to say less and just let people assume whatever they wish about me.
Not saying things when you shouldn't keeps people in the dark and makes even your next move unpredictable and secured because people can't destroy what they are ignorant of.
