Behavior.

The largest number of people in the world are those who eat to their full stomach. Eating to their full stomach is one thing, but eating gluttonously is another. I probably think that 90 percent of the people in the world are suffering from this disease. Let's call this disease because it stops your brain from working, your heart too, and after that, your attention remains on food. So, a person who is gluttonous is always thinking about food and eats more than he needs and turns his three-time meal into six-time meal and he doesn't realize anything else. He doesn't think that he is damaging his body or playing with his health.And in such a situation, it is seen that a person is not eating to live, but living to eat. He is dreaming of something new every moment and his heart feels new dish to eat, he is thinking about new dishes every time.And at this point, the ability to control oneself within the human being is completely lost and he no longer even thinks about the need for any control.

Identification of Gluttony.

It is not that difficult to identify a gluttonous person. You will recognize them very easily. They will finish off the large amount of food they have in a few minutes.

They can think about other things while they have their precious time. They will only think about food and drink and even while talking to you, they will do it after eating a lot.

Then the gluttony secretly hide food and drink items in his bag or in a secret place where he can hide even very valuable things. Because most people say that they need to control what they find bad in things, they start hiding their things secretly.

A gluttonous person feels hungry all the time. He is always looking for something to eat. It is said that he was not feeling hungry, but he has a habit of eating continuously.

If we talk about gluttony, it would be better to give them a comparison or take them from the diet, but sometimes some people who are misusing it on social media, who show us asmr video food videos, many people start eating and drinking after seeing them, but they are marketing themselves and later they remove these same things from their bodies and they really know how to do!! but these people common do not know how to clean stomach, but the bloggers is just to come in the middle of the stage or to show themselves as famous. Many such food blogs keep coming up that make you feel hungry after seeing them, but you should see how much they are eating, which is not good for health at all because this is my personal experience. I saw my cousin, he was very small, and since he started eating so much, and her mother was very happy that my son was eating well. Everyone used to explain that it was not good for him and sometime she angry and fight with other saying you are jealous. At that time, he was very young, about three or four years old, but now When he turned 16, his stomach was not cooperating at all, so he vomited every time when he eat little more and his health is not very well.

If you look at it, it is a natural situation. Whenever it happens in the beginning, it is natural and you are feeling more than a bit and you want to eat anything everytime. and keep thinking about eat. This is the initial situation. But when you feel that I am thinking too much about food or food items are not coming out of my mind and when you look at yourself in the mirror and you feel that my body is getting out of my hands and now I am getting fat, then I think i should stop.i should come back to controlling. You should see that if I do not live to eat, I will fall ill and then I will not get much priority because it is said that if you continue to eat too much, you will die soon. Therefore, it is in your hands how you control this thing. If you do not control yourself, then surely you will die soon one day.

This is a natural type of disease which we can call a disease. Then you feel that you are eating a little more than you should, but then you find yourself in a situation where you start eating more things or you only think about food and your attention is only on food and then your food intake doubles and you feel a little tired. So first of all, you need to control yourself. You need to control the impulse that is leading you to eat.So you need to control your appetite. You need to watch a video that tells you how you can exercise to make your health feel better. If you see that things have gotten worse than you can handle and you are unable to control it, then the first thing you need to do is go to the doctor. You don't try to do every kind of remedy which pop up in your feed. So I think the best thing for you is to go to the doctor and solve your problem with him and tell him everything .
