Better Body Quest 2.0 vs. 3.0

I attended the Better Body Quest last year, organized by Coach Wills, for the first time after one month into the fitness journey.

It was my first time in a large community of fitness enthusiasts, and I was fortunate to meet a 60+-year-old woman who is much stronger and more active than I am.I couldn't keep up with all the workout programs since it was my first time.

The pain I experienced after the workout we did was very painful for days. I couldn't walk or sit well. Don't laugh at me. 🤣🤣🤣

After that event I became a very serious and devoted fitness enthusiast, and I started telling friends to join me. Whenever I hear of any fitness outing I try to attend. I don't think about the pain; rather, I fill my mind with what I stand to gain.

I get to see and experience different workout routines from different fitness coaches, especially here in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Those guys are really trying, both men and women; their energy and collaboration are unmatched. I give them 100/100. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Last year I attended three different fitness events. Better body Quest; Independence Fitness Festival;
Walk run.

This year I attended the Better Body Quest again; we did so many workout sessions, from tabata to cardio, stretching, dance, etc.Different fitness coaches came to show us different workout exercises, which we followed as they showed us.

It was in an open venue, and the atmosphere was nice and friendly.After everything, I went home, had my bath and breakfast, and guess what? I didn't experience any after-pain experience (I guess I have improved a lot).

Even with my knee injury, I went and conquered; I didn't allow it to draw me back. 😮😮I was shocked. Like, after everything we did, I thought I would be in so much pain as usual, but no, your girl is gallant 💪💪💪💪💪. Energy is over 100 💪💪💪.

I'm still open to attending another bigger fitness event this week, the "Independence Fitness Festival." I'm not stopping any time soon. 💪💪💪This has become a lifestyle.If I can do it, you too can.


This post is not about which picture or my body size you like best; it's about consistency and determination. I'm putting it here so that when I look back, I won't have any regrets. Also to motivate one or two open-minded individuals to embrace a healthy lifestyle.Fitness is not a luxury; it's a lifestyle.
