There is a beautiful thing in speaking up for yourself and i am glad you found your voice, speaking up helps to keep anger and bitterness away because people cant assume your mind unless you tell them, we assume people should know but they are not mind readers and the more we speak up the more people are aware.
It's a great one that I was able to breakout from silence I feel much better now when I speak up
