Greetings, dear friends. How are you all doing today? I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day. Today, I will be sharing with you all how I spent my day in words and pictures.

What a wonderful day I had! I woke up with a huge smile on my face, probably because I ate something delicious and yummy yesterday. So, as usual, I got myself prepared for the gym. In fact, my phone was already ringing, as my gym mate wanted me to come out.

So I went out to the gym and I met my bros, and then we started working out. The girl in the picture is also the one I'm training; she really wants to get fit and also to lose weight, and I must confess I really admire her seriousness and determination.

So our gym session lasted two hours, if I'm correct, though I didn't really check. After our workout, we arranged the equipment and went back to our various places.

Reaching the house, I was very tired and exhausted, so I quickly had my bath before starting to prepare my breakfast. As seen in the above picture, I've been trying to consume a minimum of two eggs a day so as to get enough protein that will help me build my muscles.

After that I went outside our compound to chill for a bit and also to get fresh air, and luckily for me my neighbor's cat came out and chilled with me. I'm a cat lover and I always enjoy their company, so I chilled with the cat for close to an hour before going inside to rest.

I rested for more than two hours, then a call woke me up, and when I woke up to check, behold it was my brother, my senior brother @edidiongeffiong, who wanted to see us, which includes me and my other brother @prime33.

So I woke up, got dressed, and then my brother and I strolled together to the bus stop and boarded a bus to see my senior brother, who is living in Asung Amma estate. It wasn't anything special, but it had been a while since we saw him, so he wanted to see us, and for me, I call that "Brotherly love".

As seen in the above picture, we met and took nice pictures together, and we chatted and cracked jokes together. Trust me, it's been a while, so I really enjoyed every moment we had.

We were together until evening, and when I came back, it was already dark. Though I was a little unhappy because I wanted to work out in the evening as well, to make it twice a day, coming back was late. I needed to prepare dinner, which I did, and freshen up. Just like that, I rounded up my day with a big smile as I started eating my dinner and watching movies on my phone.
