Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 105: 🌿Healthy Habit 🌿
Hello everyone, I am excited to submit my entry. Today's post is about healthy habit I will be sharing with you my habit. I want to thank @steem4nigeria for hosting this contest. Let me start.
The one healthy habit I practice the most is exercising. It is mainly bodyweight workout like push ups and squats and stretching. This exercise are simple and they don't require going to gym or using equipment that will disfigure people. They are powerful in keeping me fot. This habit I normally do most atimes is what I love because to stay active and strong, it has become my daily
I started exercising six months ago when I realized that I was not living a very active lifestyle. Sometimes, I often feel weak, tired and lacked energy. I noticed my structure wasn't fit since I am tall and I wanted to have both a good body shape and being tall. Since going to the gym will take time, I began with a few push ups and squats daily. My main goal was to improve my physical health, build strength and also increase my self confidence Starting small helped me stay consistent, and with time it turned into a lifestyle
Okay, it has changed me into positive ways. Physically it has made me stronger and energizing. Task that made me feel weak like walking far distance are now easy and I sleep better at night. Mentally, it has made be to relieve stress. Emotionally, I feel more more confident and this habit has given me balance both in the body and the mind.
The challenges I faced while keeping this habit was that I struggled with pains, pains that took me two weeks I also felt like quitting. It was hard doing the exercises till the end up till now.
Those hard days I try my best to stay motivated. I reminded myself why I started it and the small progress I made
If you are starting this healthy habit, my advice to everyone is that take the habit slow and simple, don't kill yourself. Don't go into something that you will regret at your old if you are still young. The habit may be hard at the first time but but when you are consistent, you will used to it. Patience is a virtue, give yourself some patience and time for your body to adjust.
Also remember not to compare your self with another person. Stay safe, do what works for you, and trust that those little efforts will build up over time.
