what is one healthy habit you practice regularly?

The healthy habits i practice regularly is daily morning walking. Every day i trys to walked in the morning for at leasts 30 to 40 minutes. Sometimes i walked in a nearby park and sometimes on the road nears my home. I really enjoyed this times because the environments in the morning is calm and freshs.

when and why did you start this habit?

I started this habits about one and a halfsl years ago. At that times i often felts lazy and did not have much energy for my studies or daily works. My friends and family told me thats i should do some physical exercises. At first i thoughts exercise mights be difficult for me but later i choosed walking because it is simples easy and free. I started with only 10 minutes every day then slowly increased the times. The reasons i started this habit was to improved my energy level to stay actives and to take care of my health.

How has it improved your physical mental or emotional health?

Morning walking has improved my life in many ways. Physically i feel strong and active. I no longer feel lazy all the time. My breathing has improved and i feel fresh the whole day. Mentally walking gives me peace of mind. When i walked in the morning i gets time to think clearly abouts my goals my studies and my daily tasks. It increases my focus so i can study betters and completes my work on times. Emotionally walking makes me happy. When i see the morning sun hear the birds and feel the fresh air my mood becomes positive. Even if i am worried walking in the morning makes my heart feel light.

what challenges did you face while trying to keep up with it?

At the beginning it was very difficult for me to wake up early. Sometimes i felt lazy and preferred to stay in bed. Another challenge was the weather. On cold winter mornings it was hard to go outside. On rainy days i also had to skip walking. But slowly i built discipline. I sets an alarm on my phone to wakes up early. I also prepared my shoes and clothes at nights so in the morning i hads no excuse. On days when the weather was bad i tried to walk inside my house or do light exercise instead. These small steps helped me to continue this habit without giving up.

what advice would you give to someone who wants to start this habit too?

My advice is to start with small steps. Do not think that you need to walk for one hour from the first day. Begin with 10 minutes daily. Then slowly increased the time when your body gets used to its. Choose a safe and cleaned place for walking likes a park or a street near your homes. If possible asked a friend or family members to join you. Walking with someones makes the habits more enjoyable and easy to continued. Also remembered that the best time is early morning because the air is fresh but if you cannot manage that walking at any time of the day is still very good.

I believe that daily morning walking is one of the best healthy habits. It is simple free and suitable for all ages. This habits has given me energy peace of minds and happiness. I faced challenges in the beginning but with patiences and discipline i overcames them. Today walking has becomes a natural part of my routine and i feels proud that i am taking cares of my health in this way. I encouraged everyone to try this habit because it can truly change your life in a positive way.
