SLC-S25/W6-Movie Snapshots| Your life on Screen ( Miss India)
Assalamu Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I am @selina1
From #Bangladesh
I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Since the first week, I have been participating in every engagement challenge with joy because I am a movie lover. I watch a lot of movies in my free time. So this week I came to participate in the engagement challenge. So let's get started.
Watch a movie that reflects a part of your identity, culture or experience.
My favorite movie: Miss India
Miss India is an Indian Telugu language movie. The story of this movie is Manasa Samyukta (Kirti) A girl from a South Indian family named Kirti dreams of starting a tea business in the United States and this movie is based on the main story of fulfilling her dream. A middle-class girl fights hard with reality to fulfill her dream and sets goals based on her confidence and moves towards fulfilling her dream. After all the obstacles and dangers, one day she reaches the ultimate root of fulfilling her dream. In my experience, I have seen that dreaming is very easy but turning it into reality is very difficult. But if we fight with reality by working hard and setting goals, then we will see our progress. That is why this movie is a very favorite movie for me.

This movie also reflects my experience.
In this movie, the main character wants to start a tea business in the United States to fulfill her dream, but in the beginning she does not get the support of her family, she cannot realize her dream due to financial crisis and various obstacles. But she had full confidence in fulfilling her dream, so she fought with reality in various ways, but eventually her family and friends supported her. In this way, she moved towards fulfilling her dream. At the end of the movie, she became a famous tea merchant.
I also had a dream here and I had to fight continuously to make it a reality. I also wanted to earn my own income and live independently. I got married after studying but still I did not give up. After overcoming various obstacles in the society, now I work online and besides managing the family at home, I also work on a sewing machine. This is a big fight for me with reality where I can earn my own income and spend independently. However, if my family did not support me, I would never have been able to do this. In order to fulfill any dream, having the support of the family is very important and you have to have confidence in yourself, which I saw in this movie.
Mention 5 things from movies that have inspired you to move forward in life.
I would like to mention five things from movies that have inspired me to move forward in my life.
Goal Setting: We set many goals in life but we should set goals and follow them accordingly. By setting goals, dreams in life can be fulfilled.
Confidence: It is very important to have confidence in yourself to grow in life and fulfill your dreams. I saw in this movie that the main character fought based on her confidence and she also fulfilled her dreams.
Hard work is the mother of luck: This movie reminds us again and again that hard work is the mother of luck. Even if the main heroine of someone's movie fights to fulfill her dreams and loses again and again, she gets up and starts anew and fulfills her dreams through hard work.
Family Support: An important support for a person to fulfill his dreams is family support. Whenever we do anything and improve, we need the support of our family. I have seen that those who have improved have been able to move forward through the support of their family.
Own skills: Along with dreaming, you also need to have your own skills. Without your own skills, you can never improve. In this movie, I saw that the heroine has the skills to make tea and she chose this skill as the key to fulfilling her dreams. That is why she was able to reach the peak of success.
Faith in dreams: In the movie, the heroine dreamed of becoming a successful tea merchant in the United States and she fulfilled it in reality because she had faith in her dreams. No matter what we dream, we should have faith in our dreams and work accordingly in reality.
Who was your favorite character? And why?
My favorite character is Keerthy Suresh. Keerthy Suresh loves her family very much and along with that, she also loves her dreams more than her life. That is why she fights with reality to fulfill her dreams and at one time she became a successful businessman. The key to his success as a businessman is his honesty, hard work and self-sacrificing spirit. His character has fascinated me and this character is reflected in our real life too.
Mention at least 2 movies you have seen this year that have inspired you and why they did so.
The names of at least two movies I have seen this year are given below.
- Jangi: Jangi is a Bangladeshi film. Here the purity of a father-daughter relationship is mentioned through this film. A father fights with society and reality for his daughter. Here the main character picks up a small innocent child and raises him. Although the main character fails in love and takes a bad path, the little girl brings her father back to the good path with the love of her daughter. This story is mainly revealed here.
Through this movie, I was inspired by how parents can do everything for their child. This is the real reason why I saw how much my parents sacrificed for me. They can forget all the sorrows and hardships for me by seeing my little happiness.

- Barbad: Barbad is a Bangladeshi film. Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan plays the main role in this movie. Here, Shakib Khan goes from bad to good for the person he loves and later fails in love and becomes bad again. At the end of the movie, when the heroine cheats Shakib Khan and goes to marry someone else, Shakib Khan kills her.
I have learned so much from this movie that just as love can make a person from bad to good, people also become bad in the pain of not getting love. That is, there is nothing more innocent in the world than love.
