Of course, scientifically our skin sheds off dead skin cells on its own every three months. We all aid this process with our skin care products and ointments; but it would also be a great idea to support the action of the products naturally with the food we eat.
Foods ingested in whatever suitable form gets into the body to release substances that would play some sort of role in it.

In this post this day, 5 (five) foods would be discussed which helps in giving you the glowing skin want. Bringing out the best of your skin tone would not be of much hassle to these foods and some others; with or without skin care products.

  1. Fatty fishes: this includes tuna, sardines etc. They are especially filled with Omega-3 fatty acids which effortlessly supports the skin cells and protects it from any damage which could be caused by sun rays. This aids eradication of any form of sunburn, dark spots or blemish.
  2. Berries: they can be in form of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and whichever ones you know. Berries are filled with vitamin C and vitamin E, an antioxidant. These substances in the body provide moisture and smoothens the skin respectively.
  3. Nuts: though the likes of groundnuts have been discovered to cause some pimples in some people, there are others which does otherwise and supports good skin instead. Almond nuts, hazelnut, walnuts and some others have been researched to contain vitamin E which is antioxidant. This antioxidant prevents skin damage and serves as anti-aging property.
  4. Leafy veggies: spinach, Kale, etc.
get them, eat them to provide your body system with antioxidants and vitamin C which supports hydration and moisturized skin. This helps to eradicate scaly, dry skin leaving it supple and free of wrinkles.
  5. Tomatoes: have them in your sauce, salad or as a snack. They are also rich in vitamin C and moisture this hydrates the skin. Tomatoes are also filled with lycopene which stimulate collagen production; this enhances and improve the skin tone and eradicate aging.

Here we go.
