Beneficiary is set at the moment of writing the post.
Tap on Advanced Settings.
It allows you to support the growth of the project and also the opportunity to increase your rewards. 😉

I already set all my posts to 50% / 50%, do I need to change anything else to be a beneficiary?
Thats not beneficiary, that means how your rewards are distributed to you.
Below you can see the option to add the beneficiaries, there you add @steem-atlas (without the @) and can put minimum 10% or bigger amounts.
