Note that on the lunges, one leg is done front and back. Front and back for one leg is 2.
Meaning we are doing 10 times front and back for each leg ?
Yes. If you like, you can count it 1 by one. And then count 20 for one leg, rest for 10 seconds and do the other leg for 20 too
