I'm going to write about another interesting fitness activity today. Exercise is very important for physical health, and I have recently tried exercises like Plank Shoulder Tap and Burpee. These exercises helped me increase physical balance, endurance and strength, but some challenges also emerged. Today I will write about these challenges and tell me how I control them.

Plank Shoulder Tap and Burpee: Which is more difficult?

If I compare, Burpee proved to be more difficult for me. The main reason for this was that it is a complete physical exercise that includes several movements:

  • Scott (Squat)

  • Push up to go to position

  • To touch the chest on the ground

  • Jumping up again

This exercise emphasizes the entire body and accelerates heartbeat, which requires more energy. Initially, constantly burpee was breathing, and the body felt tired, especially the legs and shoulders began to suffer.

On the other hand, the Plank Shoulder Tap was relatively easy, as it is mostly based on physical balance and the strength of the core. However, if the physical balance is not maintained, there is pressure on the shoulders and the waist, but it is a less tired exercise than burpee.

How did the difficulties overcome?

To improve the burpee I took some steps:

  • The first day started with low reps and gradually increased the number.

  • Improve the breathing technique so that they do not get tired during exercise.

  • Stretching and Stranging Training separately to increase the strength of the legs and arms.

  • Taking a short break between exercise so that the body does not suffer from fatigue.

To balance the Plank Shoulder Tap, I strengthened the physical cover, and gradually raised one hand and improved the process of placing a hand on the other shoulder.

Overall feelings at the end of exercise

After completing the exercise, there is a pleasant fatigue, which is a sign of a good hard work. Burpee forced me to work hard, but gradually I improved it. Plank Shoulder TAP mainly increased the body's balance and endurance, which improved overall fitness.

The best thing is that after exercise, energy feels and the body looks light. In addition, the journey of fitness increases confidence and causes everyday tasks.

Finally invites friends

I invite my three friends @josepha, @chant, and @shabbir86 to share their fitness story on Steemit and describe their exercise experiences. We will have the opportunity to learn from each other, and at the same time, there will be more encouragement to move towards a healthy lifestyle.

Conclusion

Exercise is not just for strengthening the body, but it also strengthens mentally. Challenges like Burpee and Plank Shoulder Tap teach us patience and perseverance. If you are also facing a challenge in your fitness journey, don't panic! Work slowly and share your experience with others.

Thank you
