You're spot on: consistency and tons of mental strength go hand-in-hand, and it show in your approach!
Each of the exercises you mention definitely has a unique effect on your body, and I love that you're able to appreciate that much beyond muscle growth — such as greater mobility, better posture or even injury prevention. Homemade weights are such a smart and clever decision too – further proof we don't need fancy equipment to make it happen!
Also, your truthful admission about mountain climbers made me smile — that one brings us all to our knees! 😅 But the fact that you're still willing to take the challenge says alot about your mindset.
