Abs Attack: Strengthening The Core Muscles

Hello lovers of fitness, welcome to another fitness content where I shared my fitness routine programs and videos clips; today being Friday is a day we I focused on abdominal exercises, exercise that targets the tummy part of our body.
Yes as we exercise our upper body and lower body; we also considered exercising our tummy, the goal is to burn calories and shape our tummy to look nice and attractive.
For today; we make is of mat as it helps us to execute the exercise effectively. Few of the exercise we execute today involves, flutter kick, knee tuck crunch, sit up and leg raise.

But before the above exercise, we did warm up which is very crucial as it keeps us active and engaged, some of the warm up were abs related exercises like high knee while others just a normal warm up exercise like running in place, jumping jack and etc.
It was after the warm up program that I introduced the aforementioned programs,
These exercise strengthen our abdominal region which in return provides strength to our core.
Most importantly it improves our posture; how we look physically, a good and healthy posture salvage us from unhealthy lifestyle like back pain and abs exercise has this to offer us.
Abs exercise not just structure our posture, it build strength on our abs muscles which in return build a perfect six packs.
If you're following this routine; please do according to your pace and remember to rest when necessary, you can start small and progress when as time goes on.
