Tabata Drill : Improve Your Endurance
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, I believe y'all have a wonderful workout day, or did you missed out because of rain? Well I was able to coach my fitness team today regardless of the force majeure and trust me, it worth it.
Today I considered a few minutes tabata drill with few of client that showed up, the weather was pretty much cold and we all needed a program to keep us warmed, so tabata was the option for me.
Tabatha is a kind of proactive exercise that keeps us active, it is done by following the specific Tabatha song; follow the rhyme, stop when the song says so and continue when it says so.
The time can be 20-30 seconds exercise and 10 seconds short rest, by this method the exercise becomes intense. Tabata exercise has several benefits to the body such as:
It build endurance, tabata exercise has this intense drive but yet it builds endurance rapidly. The more you hold the exercise, the more it increases your heart rate and the more you repeat the exercise the more you enhance your endurance.
It burn calories, different exercise like squat, mountain climber, crunch can be incorporate with tabata moves, therefore there's a 100 percent chance of burning calories through tabata exercise.
