Upper Body Drill : Increasing Intensity, Building Strength

Today being Monday is always a proposed day I pick for upper body exercise. In these new months I've determined to go a little harder with my fitness lovers, and I've done well to inform them as we kickstart the month.
The goal is to boost their fitness level, including mine as well; yeah, I don't just coach, I joined the drill too because yes, everyone needs to exercise regularly to keep fit and healthy.
"This fitness... I won't stop," said by one of my clients. Another said, "I haven't been at the hospital because of sickness since the beginning of the year, only when I was pregnant." Another one said, "When you're fit, sickness runs."
You see why having a fitness routine is very important in our life; it keeps us away from sickness, and most of these sicknesses are incurable, but by incorporating various programs in our fitness routine, we kill these sicknesses without much stress.
So today's workout was very intensive; we lifted weights to increase the intensity of the program. The more intense it is, the more we activate muscles rapidly and build strength and endurance.
Being the instructor, I introduce various programs; remember, all are upper body exercises. You can do well to incorporate these exercise on your routine, remember to keep it slowly and progress when necessary.
