Application For Steemit Challenge Season 26: Tabatha Sessions
Dear Steemit team,
It is my delight to submit my application for Steemit challenge following your invitation here where you invited interested users to apply. I love fitness and I love teaching and coaching others.
I have chosen an interesting sessions that will help maximise fat loss and improve endurance and that is Tabatha sessions. I am moved to bring these sessions on due to the enormous benefits it will bring to all fitness lovers and everyone else who will like to give fitness a trial. It is friendly and everyone can accept the challenge irrespective of whether old or new to fitness.
Tabatha sessions are known for it's incredible ways of enhancing fitness routines due to its time efficiency, intensity and multiple health benefits.
In terms of time efficiency, it allows an individual to achieve a vigorous workout in a fraction of time. It consists of a 20 seconds maximum efforts, followed by a 10 seconds rest and repeated in 8 rounds allowing you to carry out a substantial workout without a significant time commitment.
In terms of intensity,it is a good option for those who want to lose weight and improve their overall levels efficiently. This is because it bums fat very fast both during and after sessions because it has an afterburn effects known scientifically as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
In terms of multiple health benefits, it can enhance heart health and improve cardiovascular fitness more effectively because it pushes the heart rate to near maximum levels. It also promotes aerobic and anaerobic endurance and boosts mental resilience.
Tabatha also fosters adaptability and variety of routines, making it not to be monotonous, helping participants to maintain motivation. Integrating a Tabatha sessions into your fitness approach gives a multitude of advantages, thereby being a strategic choice for achieving your health and fitness goals effectively and efficiently.
My Profile as a fitness Instructor
I am @ngoenyi here on Steemit. For the past 3 years and counting, I have been on my fitness journey and I have been a fitness instructor for the past one year and counting. I am also a member of The Association of Fitness, health wellness Instructors of Akwaibom State here in Nigeria which has exposed me to various programs and fitness events, helping me to gain more experience in fitness as an instructor. I recently joined Dr Ogbonnaya Onu gymwhich is a standard gym with multiple gym equipments where I have been exposed to lots of equipments and their operations.

My fitness group in my city of residence is still moving forward even in my absence because I installed @kidi40 to act in my absence while I join them whenever I am in town.
I train the clients of Dr Ogbonnaya Onu gym alongside the head coach there.
I have on 3 seasons of this Steemit challenge, been selected to present fitness schedules for 6 weeks in each of those seasons and all of them recorded great successes including the current season that is about to end. I am therefore willing to take it on again.

A Draft Schedule For The 6 Weeks Fitness Challenge
Here, I present a simple and easy to follow draft for the 6 weeks challenge which I believe most users if not all will be able to take on and benefit from and I have designed it in a way that both those who are new to fitness, or who are old will love to follow.
In each of the weekly schedule, participants will be required to record a minimum of 3 minutes video of their weekly Tabatha sessions for the week. These sessions are supposed to be spread for at least 3 days. But for the purpose of this challenge, it can be recorded in a day if they can.
Week 1 Focus - Tabatha Cardio

Tasks
Participants are to carry out all weekly programs as scheduled above. They can be done in one day for the purpose of this challenge but it is recommended that the programs be spread for at least, 3 days in a week for maximum benefits. They are to record a minimum of 3 minutes video of them carrying out these programs and Upload them accordingly to show when they are actually carrying out these programs and at most 4 pictures to back up the actions.

How Winners Will Be Selected
My judgement will be based on the videos that the participants will upload which must have included all the programs for the week.

Exercise is very important aside eating good meal to nourish our body and other stuff this program should be continuous for everyone in this platform. My suggestion is to make it more favorable to more advanced users I can remember one time when I invited my friend dove11 he complained that the program wasn't favorable to him. I don't know how possible my suggestion can be . But then I wish you good luck ma'am.

As for the programs that will be favourable for your friend, I wouldn't know exactly what he wants because exercise programs are dynamic in nature. If he had told you in specifics, it would have helped..I appreciate your suggestions
