My fitness activities for the week that ended on 31st May, 2025
I always workout on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Last week wasn't an exception..I concentrate on abs last week and did various programs that worked the abdomen. Since I have a group of fitness lovers that I train. I also shared the programs with them.
in the video I just uploaded, you will see those programs that I and my friends undertook that really worked our abs and whole body. It is a combination of videos from the days we worked out and were able to video.
Videoing these sessions depended on when someone volunteers to do so or when I decided to as an instructor. And that is after giving out programs a d I want to watch them do it without doing it along with them, then I can do the video.
Sometimes @kidi40 volunteers to video us or anyone else.
The video also included a session where we decided to dance a little after workout to express our joy of having done something worthwhile. You won't have to regret any part of this video when watching it. It will encourage you to try and incorporate fitness into your routine. Among my friends is a very tall and huge man who just joined us. He did his best to follow all the routines.

It was an amazing session which everyone will like to be associated with. The truth is that working out keeps us fit, helps us to be positive, improves our mood and helps us to be more fit to carry out our daily activities.
Sometimes I use my device or someone uses it to cover the sessions. Sometimes another person will use their device to cover but the whole videos and pictures are shared in our WhatsApp group for everyone to use.
