First of all Iust commend your efforts in going ahead to take on these programs despite the initial fear. It takes determination to continue especially if there is no one to motivate you. Having watched your video, read through your experiences and your presentation, I found out that
You have uploaded the video as requested, showing the highlights of each of the programs you undertook beginning with warm up to cool down. But some of the programs were not properly done like the dumbbell bent over rows, once you have taken the right position, only your arms moves and not your entire body. I recommend going through the instruction video again for proper posture or you search the internet to learn more. Once the right posture is achieved, it is possible not to have additional pains that comes with not doing it right.
Your presentation is ok but you should have included other pictures that shows you in action and not just your face. But I think it is attributable to not having someone around to capture you, not so? But I appreciate your efforts the more for not allowing that to stop you from even attempting
