Today I Made The Decisions To Start My Day With Exercise, It Actually Amazing
Bless this day oh Lord.
This morning, I made the decision to start my day with exercise — and it was absolutely amazing. Waking up early wasn’t easy at first, but once I got moving, everything started to flow. The air felt fresh, the world was still quiet, and I felt like I had a head start on the day. There’s something really powerful about doing something good for your body before the rest of the world even wakes up.
I started with a few stretches to loosen up, then moved into a short but effective workout. I did some jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, and a few core exercises like planks and crunches. I kept the pace steady but pushed myself just enough to feel the burn. I also added in a quick walk outside to cool down. The combination of movement and fresh air really lifted my mood and gave me a natural energy boost.
What stood out to me the most was how this morning routine set a positive tone for the rest of my day. I felt more focused, more motivated, and more in control. Exercise didn’t just benefit my body — it also cleared my mind. I felt proud that I chose to prioritize my health and well-being.
This experience reminded me that small, consistent actions can create powerful change. It doesn’t have to be a long or intense session. Just showing up for yourself is enough. I’m inspired to make this a regular habit — not just for fitness, but for my mental and emotional balance too.
Morning workouts might just be my new favorite way to start the day. I’m already.
