i love my body

My body is my identity, and I love it. I know that if I take care of my body, it will keep me healthy and energized. That's why I exercise daily and try to strengthen myself. Exercise not only gives my body energy but also refreshes my mind.

Plank Shoulder Tap

Plank Shoulder Tap is a great workout that enhances my body's balance, strength and endurance. When I come in Plank position and touch my opponent shoulder with one hand, my body tries to stay stable. It not only improves my core strength but also strengthens my arms and shoulders. I add this exercise to my routine every day so I can become more dynamic and stronger.

Burpee

Burpee is a complete physical exercise that accelerates my heartbeat and increases my energy. When I go to the squat position, then come into the plans, and finally stand upright, my whole body comes into motion. This exercise improves my strength, aggression and endurance.

My commitment

I respect my body and always work to keep it healthy and strong. Daily exercises not only make me physically powerful, but also give me peace of mind and self -esteem. I will always be dynamic, because I love my body!

Which of these programs is the most difficult for you and what exactly makes it difficult. How did you overcome the difficulty?

Burpee proved to be the most difficult for me. I felt as if he had squeezed all the energy in my body. Jumping, falling down, taking the foot back and taking the body into a plays position, it was all happening so fast that my breathing was swollen. My feet were weak, the arms were shaking and the heart was beating as fast as it would explode. There were a few moments when I thought, "I can't do another." It was not only for my body, but also a great test for my mind that was repeatedly telling me to stop.

But I didn't give up. I reminded myself why I started all this. I divided it into smaller parts and just focused on a burning. I kept saying to myself repeatedly: "Missile, just have to do another!" I also wondered how happy I would be if I finished it. Think of these encouraging thinking keep me forward, until I crossed my boundary.

What is your overall feelings at the end of these programs?

Finally, at the end, I felt a lot of emotions at the same time. I felt as if these exercises were working on my muscles, such as: Abbus, Glits, Thighs, Chests, Tribes and more. My body was completely tired, but my heart was full of pride and I felt a success. I couldn't believe that I completed both Plank with the shadower tape and Burpi. It was as if I faced something huge and eventually I won it.

I was feeling calm now because the challenge was over, but I was also grateful for this struggle because it showed me how strong I could be. I lay straight on the mat, which I used for this challenge.

After resting after exercise, I felt peace and success. Although it was very difficult for me and I wanted to leave, I didn't try to do so. It made me feel powerful, as I could face more challenges in life. I was passionate and happy for myself, knowing that I crossed my boundaries and came out stronger. It was difficult, but his hard work was received.

At the same time, these two exercises end the challenge of the magnificent week 4. I will not forget to thank my teachers
