"SEC-S25W5: Strength Emphasis"

I am happy to participate in the beautiful competition of ma'am. I am a student of Ma'am's gym, so as a student, I want to say that exercise is very beneficial for our bodies. It helps us to move a lot and also keeps me healthy and free from diseases.

I did the exercises given by ma'am today, and I am describing each exercise below.


🟥 Warm up

This is an exercise that we should do first, and through it, our body gets active and our body parts get refreshed. Doing this prevents muscle tension.

The arm up exercise given by ma'am is a lot like running, doing this makes my body warm up quickly, and my heartbeat increases, so my breathing increases. Doing this exercise has refreshed my muscles and generated energy in my body, which makes me more interested in exercising.

Warm up5 minutes


🟨 Single-Leg Deadlift

This exercise looks easy, but is quite difficult to do. This is usually done by leaning on one leg and bending your hips a little. Your arms should be lowered straight down.

  • While doing this exercise, I had difficulty balancing on one leg. I kept my body balanced, and when I bent forward and raised one leg, pressure was put on the muscles of my upper leg, and this pressure reached my back. And if I leaned on my left leg, pressure was put on my left stomach.*

When I did this exercise, I liked it at first, but it was quite difficult to do in the next set. When I raised my leg, pressure was put on my leg muscles.*

Single-Leg Deadlift3 sets of 8 reps per leg


🟩 Plank Shoulder taps

This exercise is done by lying face down on the mat I added and resting on my two hands, toes and keeping my hips in a straight line, one hand touches the arm of the other hand, and again the other hand touches the arm of the other hand.

  • Although this exercise is simple, it works on my hips, as well as my hand balance and toe balance.*

While doing the exercise, I had trouble balancing on my hands and felt pain in my hips. After doing this exercise, I counted in my mouth and waited for it to end.*

Plank Shoulder taps3 sets of 10 taps per side


🟥 Dumbbell front raises

To do this exercise, you have to hold something heavy in your hands. However, I took dumbbells from my house; these dumbbells I brought from my factory. Before doing the exercise, I first took 2 pieces of iron, each weighing 3 kg. With 2 dumbbells in my hands, you have to stand straight and bend your arms slightly and raise them up and down from the bottom. You have to raise them in a straight position and lower them down in a straight position, but keep your elbows slightly bent.

  • As a result of doing the exercise, after putting pressure on the chest and shoulders, the muscles in the chest and shoulders are tightened, as well as the muscles in the shoulders are strengthened.

I have problems while doing the exercise. When I do the 2nd set, my shoulders hurt and my chest hurts, and my shoulders and chest swell up, and I feel a lot of strength there.

Dumbbell front raises3 sets of 12 reps


🟦 Diamond Push-ups

The name of the exercise seems to have a secret, but this exercise is very similar to the name. First, I take the pushup position on the mat and put my knees on the floor, cross my legs, and push up along my chest with my fingers in a diamond shape.

  • Doing the exercise puts pressure on my triceps and chest. This makes my chest swell and the triceps muscles grow. It also puts pressure on my hands, which helps keep my balance.

Doing this makes my hands shake. It is difficult for me to do pushups with my hands like this, and I continue to practice it with my hands shaking. While doing the 3rd set, my heartbeat increases, so I sweat.

🟧Cool Down

The name of the exercise can be understood as what kind of exercise it is. Just as the exercise is warmed up at the beginning, the exercise must also be completed by doing a cool-down exercise at the end.

As a result of doing the above exercise, pain is felt in various muscles, which is eliminated through the cool-down exercise. Therefore, this exercise is very important at the end of the exercise. In each exercise of the item exercise that is today, the muscle pain is eliminated, so doing this relaxes the body a little.

Even after the cool-down exercise, I could not relax; my body was sweating, which made me a little tired. I took a rest after exercising and took a picture of my tiredness.
