As you may be aware that the first day of every month is set for a special pupose and that is to power up. I am powering up my steemit account every month on that day. It is called #steempowerupday. On this day steemit users powerup their accounts means stake steem tokens with their accounts.

Steem power is very important for the users in many ways. It increases RC which is necessary for a user to post, comment and do any type of transaction on this blockchain. In addition to it one also get increased curation reward and interest with increased #steem power.

So, I am ready for the next powerup. What about you?
