Just wanted to share a quick moment from today.
Prepping this beautiful veggie dish for service:
Dukkah-dusted heirloom carrots with lemon-scented ricotta, olive oil, and fresh cress.
It’s light, fragrant, and honestly—so pretty on the plate.
Only 200 guests today, so it’s a relatively chill one. 😌
One thing I really love about making vegetarian dishes:
No need to worry about separate dietary trays. It keeps things simple and clean. 💚

came across an old memory...
That M2E app I used to use—remember StepWatch? It’s now called Sprint.
Used to run it during my Super Walk days.
Looks like it’s kind of... dead now. 😅
Tried to use it as a simple pedometer, but it kept crashing halfway through.
Had to start over twice.
Anyway, here are the numbers for today:
- Distance: 2.3 km (Goal was 2.2 km)
- Time: 50 minutes
