They have invested money and do not want Steem to lose value, so we need to find other solutions and for the system to evolve. The ones who earn the most and do Power Up, because of them the price is so high, they do not want to devalue the Steem value by supporting many users who will sell Steem on coin exchanges.
This is not ideal, but it is much better to have someone who keeps the Steem value at least in this way, instead of the value falling to a minimum and then the users will disappear from the platform. In my beginnings, beginners did not have such great support as now, that they could earn money for an apartment or a house!
