RE: The Current Steemit, Inc. Employee (SRs, CCs, Challengers) Statistical Data

I understand the disappointment for those who exploit the system without contributing, but I would like to point out that not belonging to a club does not automatically mean "exploiting" the platform.

I have been a Steem Rep for a long time, I have never done a power down, I have done a power up for 220 consecutive weeks, I have never used voting bots and I always try to carry out my role seriously, both as a curator and as an active user in the community.

If I am not part of the clubs today it is because the rules have changed and because the economic situation of Steemit has changed: SBDs are no longer there, the rewards are lower, and the value of the token is low. Not belonging to the clubs allows me to avoid doing a power down.

Steemit is a passion, but every now and then it is also normal to want to use part of your earnings. Commitment is measured in facts and the work carried out seriously.

I am not a member of the clubs so I can avoid a power down.

I think it's fair to use your earnings to avoid power down, I'll give you an example, I have to buy medicine, what do I do? My two options are to leave the club or power down because it is true that you don't only live on steemit, there are times when the situation involves you.
