You title isn't very original you should know better by now. I guess you don't care much about the skill of writing? Kind of pity since you were a curator and a moderator and should be an example.
Don't we learn skill from the moment we are born? Everything we do and practise more makes us skilled.
Pity you never showed your niche and also don't take part in #miner-wewrite. If you ask the main problem is that if it comes to it most people only talk about skills and the lack of attention/rewards but are not willing to learn anything and invest in themselves.
