The hashtags are part of the contest meaning artistic photos should be shown about the (feeling) of the day...
If taking that into consideration it's not the hashtags being wrong but the entry

Okay, I haven't thought about any contest criteria. In that respect, the hashtag choice is understandable.
But still: every contest should allow at least one (preferably two) ‘free’ hashtags that describe the content of the text. After all, these are the only minimal chance to reach an audience that doesn't know you.
