The Diary Game: My Tales Of Gratitude, Games And Other Engagements(18-09-2025)

Hi, I'm Blessing Isong known here on Steemit as @blezisong. I'm sharing my diary today with you all from a place of joy and gratitude, I really want to say "Thank You" to everyone that has supported me so far and continuously will. I see your supports and I do not take it for granted but will rather take it as a motivation to do more. Today's diary will be centered on my activities for the day as usual, let get right into it. I woke up very happy, why? I didn't sleep alone! My school daughter came for visit and I guess she might stay up to a week or more, I didn't sleep early yesterday because we stayed up gisting last night till late hours. I woke up and did my chores, she assisted and even joined me in fetching water too.

I made breakfast after fetching water, took my bath and ate my meal. Lilian, my school daughter had already had her breakfast and while I had mine, she took her bath. I finished breakfast and we both began to watch movies though we didn't pay attention to the movie but would rather pause it and gist whenever she has something to share. Having someone around is a big blessing, I missed the times I lived with my siblings but now, everyone has grown up and are now pursuing their goal.

Lilian had slept off before afternoon and since I wasn't feeling sleepy yet, I began to play ludo game on phone. This game is sometimes boring but I don't know what fuelled the joy I had while playing it today. I won multiple times and closed a couple it time too but for clarity, the scores displayed here isn't that of today alone. After several wins, I began to loose interest in the game and to be honest, sleep called so I couldn't concentrate again and had to answer nature. I joined in having my nap.

In the evening, we took a walk around our environment and I saw this beautiful view and captured it. I introduced Lilian to my neighbor and her kids and they seemed to like her already. Towards late evening, we went back to the house to begin preparation for dinner. I asked Lilian of her opinion on what we should have as dinner and she said noodles again but it was a no for me so I suggested another meal.

I made a little palm oil rice with boiled eggs, we ate and took our bath before sitting outside to receive fresh air. While we sat outside, I began to her some tales of moonlight which I can still remember and suddenly, I remembered my Steemit family and I came around to say hi. It's nice having you read my blog, I do not take it for granted.
