Greetings and welcome to the comment rant's zone. Today I will be bringing my neighbor to the table. Yes! It's going to be a genuine gossip where others would likely learn or fall into the same mess.

Years ago, a wealthy man bought a piece of land just beside my compound. He had money and proceeded towards erecting an Herculean structure within the span of 3 months. Everything went well but something was lacking.

Owing to the fact that our location was kind of sloppy, it was mandatory that thorough filling and use of good fence should be an integral part of the planing. In the case of this man, he filled the place but had to manage the fence.

One day, an heavy down pour came and behold the fence found itself on the ground. My happiness is that no casualty was recorded except the broken blocks.
