SIDLAK MACTAN, INTRAMS 2025
Good day steemians!
A new chapter of unity, sportsmanship and fellowship has been unfold as Mactan National High School celebrates Intramurals 2025. Intrams in Mactan has a theme SIDLAK which means “to shine”. It means the rise of every athletes, the colorful venue and the energetic coaches and bubbly cheerers. Its already few years ago that we havent enjoy Intrams celebration like this. Yes we had intrams last year but there were limitations due to some reasons. Yes we enjoyed last year but we enjoyed more this year. This year is not just about medals or who won the contest, but it is about showcasing the skills and the talents our learners has.
From the grand parade of athletes, to the colorful opening by the colorful and artistic banner down to opening program and many presentations made the celebration more energetic. SIDLAK Mactan unites teachers, learners, school heads, and parents together and has a camaraderie.
Each year level walk with pride waving their banner plus their mascotts wearing their jerseys and their beautiful smiled plus tantalizing eyes. It was indeed a memorable occasion held in Mactan.
The games made the activity so hot, it was so thrilled upon seeing the volleyball games like volleyball and basketball. We also had arnis, table tennis, badminton and some board games. It was adorned with vibrant colors and reflected the cultural heritage among Filipinos. From the competition, there was a hidden purpose, the purpose which is inculcate to the kids unity, perseverance being sportsmanship and humbleness at all times.
SIDLAK Mactan was not just an event but a goal and values driven program with great purpose.
