No, I still don't exercise regularly. I'm busy with various things, so I can't find the time. But sometimes both my body and mind feel tired, and then I realize how much exercise is needed. Many people say that exercising every day keeps the body healthy and the mind fresh. So I'm thinking that I will start taking a light walk or doing some simple exercises in the morning very soon. This will also keep my mind healthy and my day will go well.
