I started doing exercise seriously just few months ago, when I was diagnosed with PCOS. PCOS is the most common lifestyle disease for women now a days! But the good thing is that it is reverse able. So I started working out targeting my reproductive organs to cure my PCOS. And my condition is really improving . Also, I'm doing Pranayam ( breathing exercise) . Which helps me to stay calm, stress free, balancing my hormonal imbalances also. I'll suggest everyone to do some sort of exercise everyday to stay healthy!
