RE: WATCH: This is what happened when I died

So glad Rhonda remembered her First Aid course and remembered the TV shows :-)
She did a great job.

I urge everyone to go and do a First Aid / CPR course..... it's one of those things that you hope you never have to use, but if the situation occurs, at least you know what to do. I had the exact same situation a few years back, but the roles were reversed.... my partner of 26 years did the exact same thing. Stopped breathing and her heart stopped for no apparent reason.... twice!! Luckily, I'm a retired Soldier and also a retired Firefighter with extensive medical training....... and 20+ call-outs to try and resuscitate heart attack and SIDS victims.
I brought her back both times...... and we now have a defibrillator at home which I carry with me everywhere we go. They are becoming cheaper and easier to use with new technology, so it's also a good idea for households to have one on hand. Thankfully, we've never had to use ours since we got it.
We live rurally, and the ambulance took 25mins to get here.........

Once again, well done Rhonda, you did a great job under difficult circumstances ..... and best wishes and a good recovery to you Avi. And keep up the good work :-)
