Hens can be very aggressive, but they become even more so when their chicks hatch. At this stage, they become even more aggressive, but if one of their chicks stays in the nest and we pick it up, they become very attached to us.
Interesting to hear that. I must say that I never thought the hens can be more aggressive and mean than the roosters but it seems not too different from humans LOL
