You are right at bread is healthy but to the limited point . Consumption of too much bread can lead to obesity diabetes mellitus that are very harmful diseases for us.
I should be our first priority You should take the food that are full of minerals vitamins just like in summer you should take the mangoes apples bananas.
Bread is good but necessity of everything can lead to the health problems We can't say that if the thing is good we should take it too much that it can result in problems. Taking too much vitamins minerals can also let to the diseases.
