Hi steemit community,

I'll be talking about True Friendship

True Friendship

I've been blessed with friendships that have stood the test of time. True Friendship isn't about perfection; it's about people showing up for each other despite imperfections. My friends and I have been through a lot together. We've laughed cried, and stuck together.

Trust and understanding

True friendship grows from trust, loyalty, and understanding you don't need to explain everything to friends who get you. They know your quirks, passions, and fears. With my friends,I don't have to pretend.I can be myself.

Moments That Matter

There are moments that define friendships. Like when a friend went through a tough breakup. We were there for them. We listened, brought food, and let them cry. We also laughed. We didn't try to fix things, we just were there. That's what true friends do.

Ups and Downs

We've been through ups and downs. We've celebrated wins and held each other through losses. Friendship showed it's strength in tough times. Like when a friend lost a parent. We were there for them.

Honesty and Vulnerability

True Friendship means being honest and vulnerable. We tell each other truths with love. We're not afraid to show weakness because we know we'll be accepted. This makes the bond stronger.

Listening When It Matters

When you're going through something and you're talking about it, true friends will listen to you even when what you're saying isn't making sense. They'll be there to hear you out, to validate your feelings, and to support you without needing everything needing to add up. That's the kind of listening that true friends do.

Memories

We've made lots of memories. meetups, chilling, holidays, laugh, late night jokes. These memories are glue for friendship. They remind us of where we've been together.

What True Friendship isn't

Friendship isn't about always agreeing. We disagree sometimes but respect differences. We listen and learn from each other.

Time and Distance

Time and distance haven't broken our friendship. When we meet again, it's like no time passed. That's true friendship.

Effort and Care

Friendship takes effort. We make time for each other. We show we care in small ways.

Why It Matters

True friendship matters because it makes life richer. You know you're not alone. You've got people who've got your back.

Conclusion

I'm so lucky to have these friendships.
They've shaped me. True friendship is a treasure. It's worth it.

Thank you so much for reading my post!

True friendship needs true honesty. It grows when you tell the whole truth. You must be open with your feelings. Share even hard facts. Show your true self, faults and all. This builds deep trust. It makes a safe, strong bond. You feel totally accepted there. This is the real tie.

Hi,
This is the place for freewriters and a freewriters just writes down what pops up in his/her mind without further thinking and what we don't do is adding titles/sub titles to your text.
It feels as if you are following a certain template.
We like to see/read creativity, thoughts, feelings here.

I wonder how old you are that you already can talk about friendships which survived the test of time/hardships. I would never say that.
