My Chilies Are Attacked by Pests

My chilies have started to flower, but unfortunately, it coincided with an attack by a plant disease, as shown in the picture below.

The white, smoke-like growths are the disease that plagues chili plants. That's why I have to go to the chili garden regularly to check on my plants.
