My Lunch Menu Today is Sour Keu Eung Tuna Fish Sauce

Today, I decided to cook my favorite dish: rice with sour keu'eung tuna.

I started by preparing all the ingredients, including fresh tuna, shallots, garlic, chilies, and various other spices. Once everything was ready, I cooked the tuna with the distinctive sour keu'eung seasoning, which gives it a delicious sweet and sour flavor.

While waiting for the fish to cook, I prepared warm, fresh white rice. The aroma of the cooking tuna began to fill the kitchen, making me even more hungry and impatient to eat it.

Once the fish was cooked, I served it on a plate with warm white rice. I added a little chili sauce and a slice of lime for added flavor. The first time I took a bite, I was immediately satisfied with the savory taste of the tuna and the fresh sour keu'eung seasoning.

Today's lunch was truly a delightful experience, with delicious food and a cozy, homey atmosphere. I feel so grateful to be able to enjoy my favorite food in such a simple yet satisfying way.
