Earlier, I was walking in the garden, enjoying the beautiful morning, breathing in the fresh air. Suddenly, I saw two fresh cempedak fruit on the tree.

I love cempedak fruit, especially when it's ripe, because it's so delicious. But this time, I'm going to pick the cempedak fruit with pistils to make a more delicious and nutritious stir-fried cempedak with tangy flesh.

Processing fresh cempedak fruit definitely makes dishes more delicious and nutritious. I already have favorite recipes for delicious cempedak dishes, like stir-fried cempedak or cempedak curry. I can't wait to pick the cempedak fruit and cook it into a delicious dish.

Cempedak fruit has a hard, prickly skin, so it needs to be peeled before cooking. We also need to clean off the sap that comes out of the cempedak fruit when peeling it.
