Coles Bakery, Canberra
ᶜᵒˡᵉˢ ᴮᵃᵏᵉʳʸ ᶜᵃⁿᵇᵉʳʳᵃ
To explore and review a bakery and pastry shop, I personally went to Coles Bakery, Dickson CBD in Canberra, which is about 20 minutes' drive at a distance of 13.7 km from my house, for this post.
I am pretty sure, as much as you are, that everyone visits a bakery shop at some point, and so do I. I go there once a week and order online every third day, as the shelf life of some of the bakery items is not more than three days.
I am again in agreement with you at this point that bakeries play an important role in our daily lives. Of course they provide products for our daily consumption, but for special moments such as birthdays, weddings, and other events, we go to specific shops, so I will discuss in this post what our main provider bakes and supplies for our daily needs.
To give you the real picture for this week's challenge I did not visit the nearest bakery but went almost 14 km away because I have probably posted my nearby shopping center on Steem Atlas, so I chose a different location.
To be frank, there are no small bakeries in this city, but we have to depend on bigger food chains like Coles, Woolworth, and Aldie for these items. The one I am giving here is a larger bakery section of Coles that makes various breads in-house besides getting them prepared at different locations in Australia, New Zealand, and other countries.
They make a large variety of breads, cakes, donuts, and other items, so I will try to give you a glimpse of everything available here and share my experience by writing a detailed review for the Steem Atlas map.
I could capture part of their bakery manufacturing section, but going inside is not allowed. Besides, taking pictures of staff and officials is prohibited, so I am giving you what was visible.
The Coles bakery team does its best to improve the recipes of breads and rolls and all products, making them tastier and having a longer shelf life.

Australians eat more than the recommended amount of salt, so the Coles Bakery tries to keep its use of salt within the recommendation with reduced salt levels in most of their dairy products.
Coles has introduced a few breads and rolls at Coles supermarkets from their in-store bakery:

The atmosphere & experiences
Shopping at Coles bakery in Dickson has always been great although my preferred branch is Woden where I go every week for grocery shopping. To be frank Coles is a large supermarket in Occiana where you can get pretty much everything.
I buy my bakery items here and then sometimes I sit outside and eat a few pieces right there with a cup of coffee. This bakery is known for its great product rang and fair price. The staff is well trained as well humble and helping.
