Hello Everyone !

Today I am going to share a review of a bakery near where I am spending my holidays. This bakery is one of the most famous and best sweets and bakery shops in this area. Everything in this bakery is freshly made and you can always see a rush of people buying sweets and snacks from here.

The full name of this place is AL Murtaza Sweets and Bakers, and it is located near the bus stand on Main Talagang Road, Chakwal.There is also a restaurant with this bakery.

From the outside, there is a big colorful board placed above the shop with the name of the bakery written in yellow, red, and parrot green colors. The whole front is made of glass, so you can easily see inside the bakery from outside.

On the left side outside the bakery, there is a small fast food counter arranged by the bakery itself. Here you can buy samosas, pakoras, and other fast food items, which are fresh and good to eat with sweets or tea. All of these are prepared fresh and are ready to take away.

When we go inside the bakery, on the left side, there is a counter where a person is sitting who handles the bills and customer payments. There are fans everywhere, and an air conditioner fan is also installed for cooling. A CCTV camera is also there for security reasons.

Inside the bakery, there are shelves filled with different items. On one side, there are cold drinks of all kinds and brands placed in order. On the other side, you can see cake rusks and biscuits, which are very popular for breakfast with tea or milk in Pakistan.

There is also a shelf with different types of juices and more cold drinks. Next to this, there are fresh breads of different sizes, made by the bakery under their own supervision. On the left shelf, you can see mayonnaise, ketchup, biscuits, pickles, and shawarma breads which are also made here.

In the lower cabinets, there are many items like mini samosas, sandwiches, kebabs, burgers, and fruit cakes. These fruit cakes are packed in proper plastic wrapping and looked very fresh and clean.

There were also some pizza slices and snack mixtures that looked very tasty. All the prices were clearly written and everything was affordable. There was also a big shawarma with the price tag written on top.

Then we come to the sweet section of the bakery. There were many sweets placed in a proper and clean way. There was barfi in chocolate and vanilla flavors, which is one of the most famous sweets here.

There were also laddus made with desi ghee and covered with white sesame seeds. A very nice smelling barfi made of milk and khoya was also there.

On one side, there was a counter where the sweets are weighed and packed into boxes by the staff. I also saw gulab jamuns, rasgullas, and so many colorful sweets that I didn’t even know the names of.

There were chocolate barfis in rectangle and cylinder shapes, and a mix of halwa and barfi in yellow and chocolate colors, which looked very delicious. Everything was fresh and the prices were written clearly on every sweet.

In the biscuit section, there were so many varieties that it was hard to count. There were cake rusks, zeera biscuits, naan khatai, chocolate and vanilla biscuits, and many more flavors. We bought some of them and they were very fresh and tasty. On the side, there was a fridge that had many kinds of fresh juices, cold drinks, and a large variety of cakes.

Inside the fridge, the cakes were placed in a nice way with different flavors like mango, strawberry, chocolate, and more. These cakes were decorated beautifully and were perfect for birthdays or weddings. They also had cheesecakes, and everything was packed properly and kept cool in the fridge because of the hot weather.

This bakery is very famous and trusted in Chakwal. People buy sweets, cakes, and bakery items from here regularly. In our house, whenever there is a birthday or any function, we always buy cakes, sweets, and bakery items from AL Murtaza Sweets and Bakers. Everything is made fresh and with good quality.
