During my visit to Malaysia I have tried nasi lemak several times, the taste is very different from nasi uduk.

According to sources from Wikipedia, Nasi uduk is a dish made from white rice that is soaked and steamed with coconut milk, and seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass, and pepper, which is popular in Betawi cuisine.

    That would be so different. I think nasi uduk would be much more flavorful because our nasi lemak would only have pandan leaves and sometimes, ginger.
